RA’AD Tactical Product Warranty – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a RA’AD Tactical Optimax Red Dot Sight, you agree to the following warranty terms and conditions:

1. Warranty Coverage
   1. RA’AD Tactical warrants the Optimax Red Dot Sight against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
   2. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
   3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, improper maintenance, or accidents.
2. Warranty Duration
   1. Optimax Red Dot Sight: 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
3. Warranty Exclusions
   This warranty does not cover:
   1. Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
   2. Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage).
   3. Water damage (unless specified as waterproof in product specifications).
   4. Third-party modifications or use of incompatible accessories.
   5. Loss or theft of the product.
4. Warranty Activation & Claims
   1. To activate your warranty, follow the instructions on your product’s warranty card.
   2. For a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
   3. RA’AD Tactical reserves the right to repair or replace the product based on the nature of the defect.
5. Warranty Processing Time
   1. Claims are processed within 7-14 business days after verification.
   2. Shipping costs for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
   1. RA’AD Tactical is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use.
